Are there USB graphics cards?

i, as a lot of other people, am having issues with my integrated graphics card on my laptop.

so i was wondering, is there a graphics card that i can plug into a USB or other port on my laptop?

i know that there are the USB cards that you can use to increase your resolution on your laptop but is there a card that can increase my actual graphics?

especially with Direct3D enhancement and support.

thanks in advance.

Yes, they have been out for a while. I wouldn't necessarily call it a usb graphics card though. They are external graphic cards that connect via usb. I've heard only good things about these items. I have been meaning to get one, but I believe they are a bit pricey, no?

Wow I did not know that...

But I would imagine that they're not as powerful as the internal slot type.

    P.S. Great question
