help, weight issues, age 16?

im approx 125lbs, i hate it i used to be 110lbs

i feel fat and horrible

i've tried dieting but i have a sweet tooth

how can i lose 10lbs fast?

    Yogic Diet

    This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian).     At 16, you are still growing taller. It is normal to gain weight in your teens. Sugar is bad for you and will cause you to gain unhealthy weight. Start by trying to cut your sugar down. Drink milk or sugar free drinks. Find healthier snacks -- sugar snacks only make you hungrier.

    turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

    There is NO HEALTHY WAY to lose 10 pounds "fast".

    Chances are you are going through puberty and you are going to gain weight as your muscle and fat develops.

    never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
