how do i get big arms fast...what excercises?
please answers...much appreciated

Hold on there bud, why do you want just big arms? Targeting only one muscle group is foolish for several reasons. First if you only work the biceps and not the opposition muscles then you can become muscle-bound and lose flexibility. Second you don't want to work out just for size because most body-builders don't work the tendons enough just to get the appearance of big muscles. Third if you have a disproportionately large upper body it will throw your balance off and make you look odd.
Now that that's out of the way there is no fast way to get stronger, only stay consistent. You should not bench more than once a week except for maybe towel-benching. Trust me. In order to get stronger you have to let your body heal and repair the muscle tissue, if you overdo benching and don't let your body heal then you won't get stronger. In fact, it will hurt you more than it will help you. If theres not really a fast way, just do max pushups every night, if you can, find a place to bench, and find a wieght that you can get 20 presses in and do 3 reps of 20 every day on that, and if your gonna work on your arms work on your abs to, so you dont have these strong arms and nothing else. If you ask me id rather have abs anyways, chicks dig the chest and abs more

This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.
Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk. Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.
