    Access is a database, it's only useful if you have data to store that would require more than Excel to manage. If you were to need a database I'd recommend FileMaker Pro, easier to use and faster times for development.

    Project is a project manager. Manage a project by creating milestones and goals, be able to view the timeline of a project and see projected and actual progress on the project.
