What is this Christmas movie?

Question

Please help me remember this movie, it had the olsen twins in it and it was a christmas movie. In the beginning they ran away from home, i remember them smashing their piggy banks and grabbing fried chicken out of the fridge. I also remember (maybe their mom's boyfriend?) winning the lotto because he used thier birthday as the numbers.

I think movie was "to Grandmother's house we go" or something like that, it was made i believe in the 1990s,and also perhaps where i could purchase it (i am guessing online somewhere). and if you find it can you give me a link?

i really want to know the name of this movie cuz it brings back sentimental value and great memories
