how to get rid of dirty spots on a mirror picture using photoshop?

i got an adobe photo shop and i have a pic but i wanna get rid of a dirty spot my mirror had and its on my face so it looks like acne but i don't want it to

how do i fix this problem?

    Zoom up very close to the spots that you want to get rid of. Click on the "clone" tool and resize to tool to an appropriate size (probably should be same size or smaller than the area you are trying to fix) and click on a part RIGHT next to the area you want to fix. This will pick up the colors and everything and then click on the area you want to fix and it should replace that part with the good part you clicked earlier. It's almost like a copy/paste of a picture.

    Another vote for something on the lens. A drop of water perhaps? That is a pretty large distortion to be just a spec of dust.
