how do you block a cotton/silk/wool/nylon blend?

The yarn is 40% cotton, 30% silk, 15% wool and 15% nylon. The pattern calls for steam blocking for 100% wool but I don't think I can do that if it has silk in it.

Blocking with silk in it is no problem just turn down the heat a little bit, I have found it to work just fine.

I would take a left over piece of the silk and test it so you have an idea and a feel for how it reacts.

    Great question!
