I'm throwing a baby shower for my friend and am unsure what to put on the cake?

It's their first born and it's a boy! I'm looking for something traditional and easy! thanks!

Traditionally, it would say "it's a boy!". You can also say "Welcome Baby (last name)". Or if the cake is big enough you can write "The big day is drawing near... Baby (Name) is almost here!"

My friends put a picture of our ultrasound on the cake wrote It's A Girl!

You could do something like that. And honestly my mom almost cried cause it was soooo cute!!!
