Question about "Security Tool"?

Ok so, I was browsing the web, and out of nowhere, i get

this notice saying i had Key Loggers, Trojans and other crap.

I NEVER installed "Security Tool" so I Immediately suspected

it was some type of "hoax."

Can anybody confirm this?

It says I have like 34 viruses/worms. I'm not sure if it's real.

BTW, i searched the tool up on the web, and it said it was a Hoax,

but just to make sure, can somebody confirm this?

Well, the infections are real, however not these that security tool states.

It is a scam promoted by trojans and other malware to rip you off.

If you keep seeing such popups, its a true sign that your PC infected and you need to remove it. Download a good anti-spyware like malwarebytes, superantispyware or spyware doctor. Also, you can use manual removal instructions :

It is a nasty program and a hoax. You do not want to down load it and if you do you will end up spending a lot of time downloading fixes to get it off of your pc.
