Are there any good, not serious historical fiction books that are really historical (greece, rome, egypt)?

    These are all historical romance and they almost all take place in Scotland and England, I think one takes place in France and Normandy. I don't know any books like you wants, but here are some very amazing one that I love.

    17&18. Something Wonderful & Almost Heaven

    19. Prince Charming - Gaelen Foley

    20. Lord of Temptation - Paula Quinn

    David Gibbs and Andy McDermott

    These guys write some of the best historical fiction books i can find. Both have written books on atlantis (how i found out about them!!!) and other books on things like excaliber and hercules. Modern day indiana jones type stuff
