What does this mean "We'll send you off in......"?

"We'll send you off in a rotten leaky boat, with all the lies you could never deliver, you'll float away and we'll never forget, we'll never trust and we'll never forgive you."

    Basically it means someone is unpopular (usually for bad behaviour) and they will be sent away (for good) with their reputation for lies and inabilty to be trusted remaining in the minds of those left behind.

    The rotten leaky boat is a way of hoping the person doesn't survive. They are thought to deserve no forgiveness.

    This was a saying used a lot years ago.
