I associate boredom with eating?

How can I break this habit? I don't want to get too fat..

    First decide ,weather you eat to survive or survive to eat?

    How can one get bored to eat or while eating,Please do let me know as I am Interested?

    Now coming to your point of gaining weight ,it is very easy and a natural process.
