family friendly things to do in Seattle (or surrounding areas) on Halloween?
I have a 5 year old and a 14 year old. We are looking for fun things to do around Seattle on Halloween. We live north of Seattle but are willing to travel a bit for something that is worth it.
Would also love to know good, safe places to take them trick or treating!

try taking them into shoreline. richmond beach has good trick or treating (i grew up there) and innis arden neighborhoods. they are both very well lit and family oriented. also they do zoo lights at woodland park every year. happy halloween

I like Remlinger Farms on the weekends. They have rides, pumpkin patch etc. Might be stretching it for the 14 year old but if he/she has a good attitude then maybe they will like it.
It is hard to find something for both because of the age range.
Trick or Treating in Edmonds is great. Small home town feel - lots of locals and small shops. Very busy though.
