Can i sure t-mobile for this problem going on?

well we all know the sidekick problem with everything being gone, including contacts, messages, and on... what i'm trying to get at is we are paying for the services, and we aren't receiving, we are paying for them to save our stuff and they aren't providing that service, yes they are giving us one month of no charge for the sidekick unlimited, but it dint just take us one month to get all of our stuff, and its causing me "emotional distress"

    Yes you can. Emotional distress is your weakest legal argument though. The value of your time to recreate your contact list is worht something though.
