fantasy football trade suggestions? involves Steve Smith (NYG)?

ok so my friend in real life told me he wanted steve smith, i know hes owning, and top point getter for recievers so i want a good trade and i kinda wanna target Pierre Thomas and suggest a trade that would be fairly equal.

My roster:

Flacco, Joe QB BAL

Moreno, Knowshon RB DEN

Peterson, Adrian RB MIN

Smith, Steve WR NYG

Ward, Hines WR PIT

Wayne, Reggie WR IND

Daniels, Owen TE HOU

Rackers, Neil K ARI

Ravens DST

Rivers, Philip QB SD

Rice, Ray RB BAL

Smith, Kevin RB DET

Houshmandzadeh, T.J. WR SEA

Sims-Walker, Mike WR JAC

His roster:

Manning, Peyton QB IND

Harrison, Jerome RB CLE

Jones-Drew, Maurice RB JAC

Manningham, Mario WR NYG

Ochocinco, Chad WR CIN

Walter, Kevin WR HOU

Winslow, Kellen TE TB

Carney, John K

49ers DST

Palmer, Carson QB CIN

Thomas, Pierre RB NO

Crayton, Patrick WR DAL

Jennings, Greg WR GB

Scobee, Josh K JAC

so right now I am thinking

I give: Steve Smith WR NYG, Kevin Smith RB DET

he gives: Greg Jennings WR GB, Pierre Thomas RB NO

would this be a fair trade??

oh really high five, same 4-0 most points in league

Kevin Smith is better than Greg Jennings who is not performing well this year. If you don't mind losing the #1WR in the league (Steve Smith) then by all means trade him for Pierre Thomas. You have Mike Sims-Walker to fill in the spot but your going to be in trouble when one of your receivers hits a bye week. Its your choice but if it were me I'd keep Smith as talented and consistent WR's are much harder to come by than RB's.

Source(s): 4-0 with the most points in my league
