How Is Groundwater Accessed in Florida?

I have an essay in my science class and i can't find the answer to that question! Help Please!

Same way groundwater is accessed anywhere, by drilling a well...

This is a Kentucky website, but it has a good diagram and shows salt water intrusion, which is a very important consideration when drilling a well in Florida. And from what I remember Florida geology is largely fractured limestone, esp near the coast and the Keys, which presents its own host of issues for obtaining fresh groundwater in Florida.

Normally via shallow bored wells as opposed to deep drilled wells.
