Since Cyber Security is a scam, you will not able to simply uninstall the program. You will either need to scan your computer using a antivirus program or manually remove it. Here is some good help - http://www.virusremovalguru.com/?p=4205

it's a fraudulent program and a computer infection that's why you can't delete it as a regular application. run antispyware tools to deal with this or use the manual removal tutorial: http://www.spywarevoid.com/remove-cyber-security-c...

Because it is spyware, you may be able to get rid of it with Malwarebytes - www.malwarebytes.org

To attempt to uninstall it, try Revo Uninstaller - www.revouninstaller.com
