how long it takes to evict in fla?

Question

lost home to forclosure,imminent eviction notice given,but no eviction notice how long after i get that eviction notice do i have to be out or how long that process takes??

Florida courts have streamlined their eviction process. Once you get the notice...you should have 1-2 weeks until a court date. Once the judge has ordered the evicition ...you will usually only have 2-48 hours to vacate.
