Binary / Hexadecimals help?
hello, I just have a few questions:
how do you convert a decimal number such as -2.015E32?
I know how to convert regular numbers, but I have no idea how to deal with the exponent....
Also, what does it mean if a hexadecimal number is in form:
I mean, i get the 9D8EE2AB part, but what is the 0x that is in front of it?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

As to the 0x, this is the standard way to tell people it is a hexadecimal number.
