What's going on in my throat!?

Lately, I've been feeling like there's something very small stuck in my throat, ever since 2 weeks ago. I swallow, eat and drink just fine. Last week I tried to see with a mirror what was down there, after trying so hard to move my tongue and see I found this white "flake", it sort of looked like an oatmeal flake, and it looks like it came from the side of my throat, it had a horrible smell, and this worried me a bit, but I ignored it. Today the same thing happened and I found another one of those "flakes". I'm worried now, what's going on with my throat? What are those things?

Can you help me? Please?

It might be a wart of a fungal infection. Either way it should get better as your immunity improves.
