Did the IOC reject Obama because a President who smokes is not a good endorsement for athletes?

That pack a day has got to go, Obie!

Oh my God, you don't know much about the world at large, do you. No, smoking didn't enter into the picture in the IOC vote in favor of Rio but I'll bet those gun toting Tea Baggers at town hall meetings this summer did.

He in all probability does and so what? it is not a thoroughly federal public development. There are aspects in the preferrred court development that are given to the Jurists devoid of the familiar public's view to do despite they pick... a similar for the Pentagon officers and the CIA officers and the FBI officers... why ought to this be diverse for a President? in case you will make a petty grievance please think of it by way of. you may pass into especially much all massive city mayor's places of work and you will see exceptions of what's fairly deemed public and not in a similar development.

His smoking habit had nothing to do with it. The IOC had already decided that it was going to be between Rio and Madrid. Because South America has never hosted an Olympic, Rio had the edge.

It was what he smoked while there more than the fact that he smoked. Most other countries do not support drug users as leaders--if Barry had just smoked cigarettes instead of the "roll your own" Hawaiian Gold, Chicago would be celebrating something instead of morning the loss of an Honor Student murdered by his own kind and the President from their city saying NOTHING--just as his Wife and Oprah have said nothing--sad period for America when Olympics more important than the death of American citizens.

You obviously know nothing about Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Spanish King Juan Carlos, and Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, who all also attended in order to promote their countries.

Or...you would never have said that.

Clint Eastwood smoked in most of his movies.

Gran Torino ended with a cigarette scene, fir Christ's Sake.

All the world loves Clint Eastwood as you well know.

Bubba can keep him company after his many Big Mac violations.
