hoe do I change the subject heading of an email received so i can give it a name i can understand what is in?

i.e ten emails from one person all headed 'night out details' and i want to open only relevant ones i.e coach / hotel / cost etc..

Click on REPLY or FORWARD and you can change it to anything you want. Send it to yourself if you want to save it with the new subject that you can understand. In the REPLY mode just delete what is in the TO line and put your name in it....
