    The 9600 Pro has 128 MB memory and Pixel Shader 2.0

    Need for Speed Shift needs 256 MB memory and Pixel Shader 3.0

    When i install windows xp{a clean install} more than 40 plus updates was install nothing new on that, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get to the internet and the software you install shouldn't blog down the laptop, contact hp support since you are under warranty and explain the problem cause there is one
