ABSOLUTELY, IT IS VERY TRUE:Menachem Begin (help·info) (Hebrew: מְנַחֵם בְּגִין‎, Polish: Mieczysław Biegun, Russian: Менахем Вольфович Бегин, 16 August 1913 – 9 March 1992) became the sixth prime minister of the State of Israel. Before the independence, he was the leader of the Irgun, a revisionist breakaway from the larger mainstream Jewish paramilitary organization Haganah. He proclaimed a revolt, on February 1, 1944, against the British mandatory government, which was opposed by the Jewish Agency. He played a significant role in Jewish resistance against the British control in the waning years of the mandate, leading the more militant Zionists.

from 1944–48 the Irgun launched an all-out armed rebellion, perpetrating hundreds of attacks against British installations and posts. Begin financed these operations by extorting money from Zionist businessmen, and running bogus robbery scams in the local diamond industry, which enabled the victims to get back their losses from insurance companies.

Irgun’s bombing of the British administrative headquarters at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, where 91 people, including British officers and troops as well as Arab and Jewish civilians, were killed.

One such operation was the Deir Yassin massacre of Palestinian villagers in April 1948. The day after the Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel on 14 May 1948,

Around 107 villagers, including women and children, were killed. Some were shot, while others died when hand grenades were thrown into their homes.[3] Several were taken prisoner and may have been killed after being paraded through the streets of West Jerusalem, though accounts vary.[4] Four of the attackers died, with around 35 injured.[5] The killings were condemned by the leadership of the Haganah, the Jewish community's main paramilitary force, and by the area's two chief rabbis. The Jewish Agency for Israel sent King Abdullah of Jordan a letter of apology, which he rebuffed.:

"In 1941 Yitzhak Shamir was imprisoned by British authorities. After Stern was killed by the British in 1942, Shamir escaped from the detention camp and became one of the three leaders of the group in 1943, reforming it as "Lehi".

Shamir remarked that "neither Jewish ethics nor Jewish tradition can disqualify terrorism as a means of combat:

Shamir later moved over to the even more radical "Stern Gang," which committed many vicious atrocities.

May 1948: The U.S. appointed Count Folke Bernadotte of Sweden to mediate between the Arabs and the Israelis. In his first progress report (of Sept. 16, 1948) he recommended that the U.N. should affirm "the right of the Arab refugees to return to their homes in Jewish controlled territory at the earliest possible date." The Israelis responded in their own quiet way. The following day Bernadotte was murdered in Jerusalem. The spectacular assassination which caused an International outcry was claimed, the, by an unknown "Fatherland Front," but that was a cover for Shamir's Stern Gang. Yoshua Zeitler and Meshlam Markover of Stern told Israeli Television earlier this year {1989} that, they respectively directed and led the operation that killed the Swedish diplomat and his French aid-de-camp. Zeitler, 71, said he decided to speak now because of fear that the U.N. and the "goyim" {non-Jews} are again trying to force Israel into concessions. :

As usual, Pro israelies deny the truth as Arab propaganda.

How lengthy did Menachem Begin serve? How lengthy did Menachem Begin preform acts of terrorism? How lengthy did Arafat function the chief of the Palestinians? How lengthy did he advertise and orchestrate terrorism? I suppose the extra main query is "why used to be there no such countrywide identification as 'Palestinian' till 1969?" ... Before 1967 now not one Arab pupil or flesh presser advised to create a state within the west financial institution. Why? The Palestinian countrywide identification is a response that's simplest an identification in competition of a further international locations life. The such a lot sacred day in Palestinian historical past is the production of Israel and it's not controversial that had Israel and zionism not ever existed, the land Israel exists on could be aspect of Syria, Jordan and Egypt and nearly all of the nation could nonetheless be uncared for and left as wastelands. I ask you to do one practical step to experiment your balanced view of this hassle. Close your eyes and assume a map of "historic Palestine".. What do you spot? You see the map of trendy Israel however what you do not know is that the British Mandate of Palestine incorporated Jordan and seventy seven% of historic Palestine exists as a nation in these days with a 60-eighty% Palestinian majority. If you have no idea the FIRST THING ABOUT THIS CONFLICT (that Jordan is aspect of Palestine) how are you able to take your self significantly? I suppose it's you who have to give up deceiving your self. Palestinians do not desire their possess nation. If they did they could now not permit Jordan to be rulled by way of foreigners. The whole identification isn't for self choice, however to oppose the life of a Jewish state. I am now not for or in opposition to a Palestinian state being based within the west financial institution, some thing brings peace and prosperity to every body is what I will aid. I simply suppose it's greater to invite what Palestinians identification is particularly approximately when you consider that they obtain extra help according to character than another country on the earth but can't construct their possess economic climate in over 60 years. I wonder whether self choice is in any respect involving their countrywide identification or whether it is entirely an identification to oppose and ruin Israel?

They can be counted as terrorist from 1930-1947 period.

The diplomatic branch from Zionism opted for collaborate with the British mandate hoping that in return they will accept to give the jews a homeland.

But some jew groups thought that the British didn't intended to accept any concession and opted for violence , targeting some Brithish military posts and David Hotel in Jerusalem.

After the break of the war between arabs and jews they were involved in some violent killings in some arab towns.

As this last occurred on the war as context , the limit between terrorism and militant action started to fade away.

After the Independence war they stopped to act as extremist militants and enrolled in the public life as political party militants.

These people, & leaders in most of the World have no conscience. They feel that they are above everybody who is not like them & they plan acts that most people would consider unbelievable. You don't have to pull the trigger to be guilty of murder & mass murder can be bought & paid for by people who never have to get near the actual act being committed.

Realize that these two you mention are only two. Leaders of most countries & corporations can be added to the list.
