Simply type HELP and hit Enter, that'll show you all posible commands in it. Learn well what the command does, otherwise you'll be reformatting your hard drive a few times after screwing things up. You can do a lot of stuff with commands, from opening files, editing files, to copying folders to other drives, networks, etc Ok , the examples: REGEDIT - opens registry editor (CLOSE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, DONT DO ANYTHING FOR NOW!!!) HELP - gets help from command prompt CONTROL - opens control panel, way faster than clicking here and there, MSCONFIG - edits startup configuration of your pc NET VIEW - displays pcs visible in your network, NETSTAT - displays conections from/to your pc, nice to see who's trying to get to your terminal, huh? EXIT - closes the command prompt, instead of clicking the tiny x on the window The Help command will give you all you need to know about this topic, so get a few drinks and start your way up on being a master with the command prompt! Good Luck!
