What MOS did Gunny R. Lee Ermey have in the Marine Corps?

He's the retired Marine who is host of the Locked and Loaded program on the History channel. Before that, he hosted the Mail Call program and acted in several movies, including Full Metal Jacket.

His biography states that he served as a Marine Corp drill instructor and with a Marine Corp aviation unit in Vietnam. But I am curious as to what MOS he trained for in the Marine Corps. So far, my searches have been unsucessful.

He claims to have been a grunt, but I don't really care. His opening rant as the DI in Full Metal Jacket was one of the best scenes I've ever seen in a movie.

If you are talking about Robert E Lee, the US military leader, leading south in American Civil war, then NO. Else might be.
