Baseball teams that have to put up with NFL co-tenants:

    Florida Marlins w/Dolphins

    Oakland Athletics w/Raiders

Minnesota Twins w/Vikings (at least for another two weeks, maybe a bit into October)

The Toronto Blue Jays have the CFL Argonauts as co-tenant.

Kansas City and Baltimore share parking lots.

Marlins & Dolphins, A's & Raiders, and Twins & Vikings are the only ones who share a stadium now.

I know the Mets haven't shared a stadium with a football team (Jets) since 1983, and the Yankees haven't shared a stadium with an NFL team (Giants) since 1973.

First off teams do not practice in the stadium. Second the Jets and Giants share the Meadowlands and there is no problem there -- the NFL just schedules games in such a manner to avoid conflicts. Third since Oakland and San Francisco do not actually share a stadium (unless there is something that was just announced) your point is moot.
