The sixth season of Desperate Housewives, is expected to be produced in 2009 and to premiere on ABC on September 27, 2009.[1] It will take place between the years of late 2014 and early 2015 following the five year jump in the end of Season 4.

On April 23, 2009, it was announced that Desperate Housewives would return for a sixth season.
