What does Chapter 107 of Qur'an mean to you?

Hast thou seen him who belies religion? That is the one who is rough to the orphan, And urges not the feeding of the needy. So woe to the praying ones, Who are unmindful of their prayer! Who do (good) to be seen, And refrain from acts of kindness! (Qur'an Chapter 107)

I guess it refers to people who practice religion only for show and act like good religious people but only when others are around and inside they are vile mean people.
