Monthly access fee is the cost of the Minutes you choose, and any features and services you choose. For example, with Verizon 450 minutes with unlimited texting is $60/month, and so that is your monthly access fee, which does not include overages, and taxes. Should you add insurance and a $10 data plan, those are also monthly access charges.

What you pay every month for the services you want on your phone.
