do you have to get a Florida Concealed Weapons Permit if you moved from N.C. and have a valid permit from N.C.?

No, not when visiting the State. If you are a resident it would be advisable.
Fl. does have a reciprocity agreement with N.C. But only for handguns. Fl. concealed carry allows for other weapons including stun guns.
Edit: Whoops! That N.C. permit is only valid for residents of the State. So yeah you need to.
