What does it mean that all week I've had constant deja vu?

Sometimes for hours at a time, a situation, and all the random details, will feel like they've happened before. This has been happening pretty much all week, and it's starting to freak me out. I normally only have deja vu one day a month, but this has been daily!

Usually it is your mind trying to remind you of something...I would keep a log of what you are doing when you experience the deja vu and see if there are any consistencies.
