I need help finding a boxer?

The fighter I'm looking for is hispanic, I think purto rican, possibly mexican. I discovered him about 2-3 years ago. Young kid, light pale skin, right arm has tattoo of like a rainforest or something from shoulder to elbow. Wears like a bowl cut, black hair. Kid is nasty, but I forgot his name.
