Welker. He's a solid possesion receiver and the Bucs aren't going to do anything in Buffalo.

Welker STILL Wont be 100%... I dont see him putting up a TD this week, but if its PPR Id go with him for the fact I think he'll go...

Definitely Welker. He's good for at least 6-7 receptions, a good chunk of yards, and a td if you're lucky.
