i have the same problem. when boobs hang over ur skin, its gonna sweat. i usually run to the bathroom anytime i can to wipe under my boobs cuz it'll get my bra wet if not.

We've sweat glands everywhere, including there. Also that place is usually more heavily clothed, with like bras, and unshirts, and shirts and such, so it gets warmer.
