    V = pt where V is the pool volume, p is the flow rate from a pipe, and t is time.

    V = p1 * 6hr; V = p2 * 10hr; V = p3 * 9hr; V = (p1 + p2 + p3) * t

    t = V / (p1 + p2 + p3) = V / (V/6hr + V/10hr + V/9hr)

    t = hr / (1/6 + 1/10 + 1/9) = hr / (17/45)

    t = 45/17 hr. (roughly 2 hours, 39 minutes).
