Is the Google web browser any good? I think it's called Chrome?

I tried it once and it was fast, but I still prefer Firefox due to it's extensions and speed.

Google Chrome is pretty good. Simple interface, lightweight, and it's very fast. It's even slightly faster than Firefox. Plus, it's secure.

However, you can't have any toolbars with it, nor are there any add-ons. In addition, since Chrome is fairly new, some web pages don't support Chrome.

I think it's good for a few reason it's light weight so it does work a little faster I think then FireFox but the lack of Add-on's kinda suck. I think FireFox is far superior when it comes to third party extensions which are very useful. So I'd use both they both have pro's and con's.
