Microsoft.net framework error?

Question

windows keeps trying to install a document viewer what i have no i idea why. then when i try to cancel it i get a window that pops up and says:

An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue

when i click continue the window doesn't go away help please!!
