HELP!!! ok so i reseted my PS3 and now i forgot my PSN user id....?

HELP please i have like three different users and i dont remember what was the email that belongs to the primary account that i use so is there a number that i can call to get that info just by giving them the gamers tag and other basic info? thanks

as long as u remmeber ur PSN user name u good .. just call sony
