Is there a way to create a photo reel on photshop or flash?

Question

I am working on website to display my portfolio on. I have tried different designs, but have not liked any of them. The photo reel, like the one in itunes, is the one I really want to do, but i Cant figure it out. I am learning flash, but dont really understand action script, and was wondering if there is a way I can create a photo reel with something like a motion tween, or in photoshop if a photo reel is something that can be done at all? Can anyone help??
