I personally love Forever 21, American Apparel, H&M, and other similar stores. Most of their items are affordable and cute.

Considering it's been raining a lot lately, there's this really cute umbrella at Bath and Body Works. It's orange, and on the inside is a picture of a blue sky.

American Apparel offers a lot of cute skirts and cardigans, and H&M offers a lot of cute rain gear. Urban Behaviour and Dynamite are also great, affordable stores.

It actually rained at my school today. Some people, like me, were running so we didn't get soaked. One girl found this awesome jacket, and it was like nylon or whatever in an ombre purple, with like a tank and legging jeans and some simple acccesories. She just pulled up the hood and walked to class, cuz her bag was water proof(it was like a patent looking tote,and sooo cute!)
