What jobs will hire a 15 year old in Fresno, California?

Question

I live there and it seems like a majority of the places where I want to work only hire people ages 16+.

Are there any businesses hiring 15 year olds?

I'm really smart and I can get a lot of letters of recommendations if that helps.

And I speak some Spanish.

Oh, and I can't swim, so I can't be a lifeguard.
