A friend of mine said that he saw a camera in a bathroom stall! Is that legal? This is in a high school(in downey)(in the boys bathroom). Can those creeps look at you when you are taking a "dump" or "squeesing the lemon?

No. Surveillance cameras are not allowed in bathrooms.
