I-tunes syncing problem?

I just got my first mac ever, i have an ipod touch but it is synced with my PC desktop. not my new macbook pro. when i plug my ipod into my macbook it comes up saying Jakes Ipod Touch, and even shows the memory bar at the bottem of the screen but when i click sync it immediatly says sync complete. When i clicked my itunes account it says my ipod is Authorized with two computers, is this a problem?? if so is there a way i can delete the authority to the PC and only have it in the Apple? Thanks all for your help

It's easy to resolve the problem when you use an application called transpod, to my experience, it can support us to transfer songs and videos from ipod and iphone to mac.

search trough the top menus, there should be an option that says "Deathourise this computer" and click it
