Brakes or rotors or SOMETHING is making a chirping noise from time to time while driving.?

What is it? Keep in mind that I JUST replaced the rotors(all 4) about 2 months ago and I JUST put on brand new brake pads(with anti-squeal) yesterday on all 4. Yet, this morning while I was driving I heard a minor.. chirp... chirp... chirp.. while the wheels were going. When I hit the brakes hard it stopped, but if I lightly put on the brakes it still went. So it was interesting. Any ideas??

I have had u-joints do this on a couple of different vehicles.

it could be hard pads or you have a caliper not releasing away from the rotor.
