trying to gain muscle mass?
i am doing this workout plan thing ..lunges, squats, and hands and knees lifintg my leg up etc.. to make my butt and thighs bigger. i have really skinney thighs and im sick of ppl calling me belimic. will doing these make my thighs and butt just firmer or bigger too? or smaller? and im afriad this will make me loose weight and im skinney enough i dnt want to. so will it?
