how members CAN the house of representative and the senate have?

Senate= 2 members per state+ Vice president is president of the senate. So currently the Senate can have 101 members

representatives are aportioned to the states according to the census with each member representing no more than 30,000 people. And each state shall have at least 1 representative. So there is no set number, right now there are 435. DC and Puerto Rico have one non voting member.
