will i damage my muscles by keep working out?
i just started gymnastics a couple of days ago and my body is sore all over. but i have to attend my class everyday and the coach requires alot of muscle building. will i damage my muscles by continue working out?

Over time your body will become tolerant of the workout however it is important to keep your protein up, otherwise you may be working out for nothing, as your body may not be able to repair itself, causing you to feel sore. I'd suggest using some kind of protein supplement.

No, the only way you can damage your muscles is if you rip them, the more you workout the more strength you will have, look at all those gymnasts, I had a friend who was an acrobat and could do 96 pull ups
