mental blockage (20 characters long)?
i need 6 dives to compete. i already have a front and back dive. right now, i'm learning an inward. my coach told me to kinda kick your legs to the ceiling. i've tried that so many times and i still can't do it. any tips? also, i'm learning a front dive tuck and i'm like mentally blocked from that. any tips? any help is greatly appriciated.

Stop thinking so much, and just try to do it. Sounds like you are so focused upon coaching tips that you aren't able to just do the bascis. Relax, and have fun. You may goof up initially, but that is how we learn. Take to deep breaths and then try to make progress. No Stress!
