Do you think this is fair?

My religion teacher seems to grade wicked unfair to me.

For our HW, I was docked 2 letter grades because on our comparison HW, she wanted a chart

And then in Relgion we had to wright a 1 page essay. Mine was a bit more than a page (1.25 pages) but marked off 2 letter grades because my into paragraph was 4 sentences.

She docked other kids because she wanted it double spaced and they double spaced the heading as well

She did not clarify these things before.

Some teachers are just like this. Even if it isn't fair, there's not much you can do to change it. To avoid getting such bad marks, ask a lot of questions for each assignment and listen carefully so you know exactly what she expects. If she wants a chart, give her a chart! Ditto with a 1 page essay. Even though her marking methods are a bit anal-retentive, they may teach you to be more disciplined and attentive.
